3) Book-related Policies
Books condition/fine details:- Books provided by Rentale must be in the same condition as the book at the time of delivery, otherwise, we will reimburse each other from your wallet/deposit as compensation.
Book return/ renewal policies:- You must return the books provided by Rentlee on time or if you wish to extend the book expiration date, you must notify us at least 2 days before the book expiration date.
4) Deposit policy
When you open an account on rentlee, you have to deposit at least ₹ 200
5) Refund policy
When you want a refund in the form of a deposit, you must first send a refund request to the rentlee, and after we receive the refund request, we will refund your deposit in 4 working days.
6) Delivery policy
We will deliver the book you ordered within the next 4 days, and we will notify you in advance if delivery takes more than 4 days, and we (rentlee) are not responsible for any delay.
7) Payment policies
We are running this service for beta testing, so we will only receive online payment
8) You will be solely responsible for all of the above information provided by you, and we (rentlee) will not be held responsible for any leak of your information.
9) We (rentlee) can change any policy at any time, we have the right to change all
